It depends. If you are unsure about something regarding a property transfer, a trust, a probate issue (such as making a will), it is better to make certain that you are getting the issue resolved correctly. If you are dealing with getting a trademark prosecuted (registered), you will need to have an attorney’s assistance.
Some services may be given based on a flat rate while other, more complicated services may be billed on an hourly rate. Our hourly rate is currently $350 per billable hour. Deeds of Title, Deeds of Trust, and Promissory Notes are billed at $300 each, as long as they are not exceptionally complicated (in which case we may move to an hourly rate). Deeds of Title, Deeds of Trust, and Promissory Notes requested together as a package are billed at a total price of $550.
